Care beyond the basics

Specialty Services for Unique Needs

From recovery assistance to memory support, our specialized care meets your loved one right where they are.

Care That Meets You Where You Are

Every person’s journey is unique. That’s why we offer specialty services designed to bring comfort, confidence, and peace of mind—whether you or your loved one are managing a chronic condition, recovering from an illness, or simply need extra support to stay independent at home.

At Life Enhanced Care, we recognize that health challenges don’t just affect the individual—they affect the whole family. That’s why our approach is built on three cornerstones: compassion, expertise, and dignity. With thoughtful care plans and attentive caregivers, we walk alongside families to lighten the load, protect independence, and create moments of connection each day.

1

Post-Hospital & Stroke Recovery

Compassionate support that makes the move from hospital to home less overwhelming. We help with medication reminders, mobility, and daily routines so recovery feels safe and manageable.

2

Memory Care Support

Support for seniors living with Parkinson’s, diabetes, heart disease, or other long-term health concerns. We collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure consistent, reliable care.

3

Chronic Condition Management

Gentle, patient-centered care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory challenges. Our caregivers provide structure, reassurance, and meaningful engagement throughout the day.

Post-Hospital & Stroke Recovery

The tangible caregiving skills of our Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) are a prerequisite for this work, but we hired them because of their personality and genuine compassion.

You can expect our caregivers to be a warm and positive presence in your life. You may find that you simply get along while going through your daily routine, or perhaps you may enjoy certain activities together.
